Anna Gunn

Anna Gunn is an American actress from the US. Her best-known work is her role as Skyler White in Breaking Bad, an AMC television drama Breaking Bad for which she won the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting actress in an Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. Apart from her role as Martha Bullock and Jean Ward and Jean Ward, she also appeared in The Practice. Born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in 1968 Anna Gunn fell in love with the art of acting during Preparatory School prior to her family's move to Ohio at the end of the 1970's. She attended the British American Drama Academy and studied theatre as a student at Northwestern University. Anna worked at the theatre industry in the Chicago city for a few years, before attempting her hand at TV and film roles. Anna's debut role was Arden, in Down the Shore. She made an appearance in 29 episodes. After being a guest Actor in a variety of TV Shows as well as films, like Seinfeld and NYPD Blue in the 1990's and was later cast as Jean Ward as part of The Practice. Martha Bullock was her role in Deadwood during two complete seasons. Skyler played her part in Breaking Bad. Sully as well as Deadwood were also part of her professional career. Gunn was also on scene in David Swimmer's production Sex With Strangers. In addition, she was a part of Numbered Day, which is a podcast consisting of four audio plays. The story of Breaking Bad is usually centered around the relationship between Walter White, his wife Skyler and their strained relationship. The strained relationship and ending of it all is reminiscent of the last years of Walter White's life.
